WE PROTECT YOUR ASSETS AUTOMATICALLY WITH EVERY BOOKING
A deposit of 40%, minimum $ 500 is payable at time of booking. This is fully paid 30 days before the stay. No refunds are allowed and all these amounts will be paid to you.
We take a pre-authorization of $ 1000 on a credit card, in case of breakage.
We require the traveler a minimum age of 25 to make a reservation.
We keep your cottage safe by providing up to 2 million liability insurance coverage.
We have a rental agreement that clearly defines the responsibilities of the clients
NOW WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO QUALIFY?
- You own a property in order, clean and well appointed.
- You wish to rent your property for a minimum of 8 weeks per year.
- You want to increase your income while working less.
- A simple management contract that can be canceled within 90 days for both parties must be signed.
